We aim to ensure that all of our products leave us in great condition and are packaged with care before they are posted out to you. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please let us know within 3 days using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

We do not offer returns for the following items:
Personalised items (including foiled artwork, bespoke designs)
Commissions
Face Masks

For all other items we offer 14 days from the date you receive your order for a Refund or Exchange.

Please be sure to return your item/s in the original packaging in the same condition as you received them, otherwise we are unable to refund or exchange your item.

Please obtain a 'Proof of Postage' receipt before returning.
FAQ’s:

Will I have to pay postage for my returned item?
Yes, you will need to pay postage on any returns sent to us - unless an item is faulty or received in error, in which case please contact us below.
As we are a small business we cannot offer free returns at this time, hopefully this is something we can do in the future!

Can I exchange an item for a different item?
Some items include a different returns policy, so please get in touch with your enquiry.

What if the item I request to exchange for is out of stock?
If we do not have the item in stock that you ask for in exchange, we will automatically refund you the full amount paid.

Will my shipping fee be refunded?
Unfortunately, no shipping costs can be refunded.
We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your 'Proof of Postage' receipt for your records.

It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
